    Great tips, as always! I am thinking of moving from my house to an apartment. My house just needs too many repairs and I’ll never get to the things I want to change to make it look nice. However, while searching area groups and the classified ads as you mentioned above, I have only found expensive ones. They say rent in this area is low comparatively so I may end up having this ole place fixed.
